Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, undamaged or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, you may contact us at contact@vig-korea.com. Please note that the returned item must be sent to the following address: 153/78 Nonthara 4 Village, Plai Bang Subdistrict, Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi Province 11130.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to return your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), specialty items (such as custom-made or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on items that contain hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.

studio17.in.th has a 14-day return and exchange policy in the following cases:

Product exchange or return procedure
Step 1: Inform us of your intention to exchange or return the product. If you wish to exchange or return the product, please contact us within 14 days from the date you received the product via Live Chat, email, or the phone number listed above.
Step 2: Checking product information and condition

Our staff will verify your order information and contact you to confirm your request.

Products sent for exchange or return must be in 100% perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact and in the original packaging.

The company reserves the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet the specified conditions.

Step 3: Returning the product

Attach the payment receipt (or proof of purchase) along with the product in perfect condition as per the conditions and return it by post to the company.

When the product arrives at the warehouse, our staff will check the condition of the product and contact you within 2-3 business days to inform you of the status.

If the returned product is found to not meet the specifications, the company will return the product to the customer.
